I have known Nora for a long time. She's a very active member of our Association, the Philippine Cultural Group of Michigan. Her reputation precedes her as an excellent real estate broker. She has been very successful in her field that it's not a surprise that she is always the first person of choice when someone is thinking of buying or selling a property. I recently asked Nora to help me sell a house that a friend who had assigned me as her Trustee passed away. I didn't know anything about being a Trustee or the how's and wherefores of selling a house. Nora was with me doing all the paperwork and everything else necessary. It wasn't easy though because the renter refused to move out of the house plus the condition of the house is not so good so we had a hard time selling it. It took us a year to finally get the house sold AS IS under the Greenridge Realty banner. Nora continued to work with me when we had to met with the lawyer to settle the Estate for the Trust. Without her advise and support I don't know how it would have ended. I told her I owe her one. The only thing she asked of me is to get her more referrals. I don't think it will be hard to do since she is well known in the Real Estate world because for one thing she has a bubbly and upbeat personality. That's why we always call Nora when someone needs to buy or sell a house or even just to ask for her advise on a real property for sale. She works so hard to get the best deal for her clients. She has a positive personality, very generous of her time and money. She is always one of the firsts to offer a donation for a worthy cause. I believe she is so blessed because she gives so much of herself even with her own family especially with her mother, children and grandchildren. We need more people like Nora Tan.
